The School of Art, Design, and Art History is committed to excellence in the visual arts and design, intellectual development, interdisciplinary research, and creative growth. The department's primary goal is to educate students in the highest criteria of creative endeavor as it is practiced today. It encourages the exchange of ideas between creative disciplines, through which students can begin to work productively within a truly multidisciplinary learning context. This collection documents the activities of the Department of Art's Art Council, Galleries, faculty, students, and alumni from 1964-1989. These records are organized in chronological order.
