The Travelers Aid Society of San Diego was formed in 1914 primarily to provide aid and assistance to women travelers. The San Diego Branch was originally affiliated with the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) and, during World War II, the United Service Organizations (USO). This collection contains public relations files; general office materials and casework materials dating from 1914-1976; station reports and statistical reports, 1915-1932; audit reports, 1932-1960; financial records; board minutes; convention and various published materials.
