Sybil Eliza Jones came to San Diego State University in 1925 where, for 23 years, she was a teacher of dramatics and an associate professor of Speech Arts. She was known as a skillful writer and producer of numerous plays, short stories, and musical scores. The Sybil Eliza Jones Papers are organized into five series: Plays, Music, Scrapbooks, and Course Outlines and Lessons.
