Description:
Mary Jermonok began learning Pitman Shorthand when a teenager in New York City. She used shorthand in her work career of approximately 70 years. She also taught Pitman Shorthand. This collection consists of Pitman instructional books, novels in shorthand, periodicals, course material, personal notes of Jermonok's, three Gregg shorthand manuals, and a business speller manual.
